Terms of use apply to customers whose residence is located in the Republic of Serbia.

The buyer can become any adult and able-bodied person who accepts our terms of use, which is confirmed by ordering items. The contract in the name and on behalf of the minor or completely incapable person may be concluded only by their legal representatives, and partially able-bodied persons may conclude the contract only with the consent of their legal representative. Payment and delivery information

Refunds

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product.

Trayal is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.

The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

REFUND PROCEDURE THROUGH ONLINE STORE

When you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the dinar current account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In the case of a refund or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, Trayal is obliged to refund only via VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

Delivery

Delivery is made to your physical address.

Shipping costs

Delivery of products is done through courier services, on the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia and the costs will be properly displayed when ordering products.

Complaint policy

The buyer may file a complaint pursuant to Articles 52, 54, and 81 of the Law on Consumer Protection, in order to exercise the rights based on compliance, warranty, incorrectly calculated price and other defects.

The deadline for complaints for the purpose of exercising rights based on compliance is 2 years.
