Refunds

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product.

Trayal is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.

The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

REFUND PROCEDURE THROUGH ONLINE STORE

Please prepare the following information:

Your bill of lading number
Your JMBG (optional)
The number of the dinar current account to which the funds will be paid
You can submit the requested information to the headoffice@trayal.rs email

When you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the dinar current account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In the case of a refund or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, Trayal is obliged to refund only via VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
