We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 62/2014 and 6/2016 – other law), hereinafter: the Law, purchase through our website www.trayal.rs is considered are sold at a distance.
The law in the case of distance selling defines the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet their individual needs, and not to perform professional activities).
With this type of purchase, the buyer has the right to change his mind, ie to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day when the product was delivered to him without giving a reason for withdrawal (eg if the consumer does not like the product, which objectively has no shortcomings), and our obligation is to provide you with a withdrawal form (statement of withdrawal) which must be signed in person.
When returning the product, the transport costs are borne by the customer, and Trayal is obliged to refund the payment received from the consumer, including delivery costs, and no later than 14 days from receipt of the consumer statement, which takes effect from the day it was sent to us. to the e-mail address info@trayal.rs
Trayal may delay the refund until it receives the goods returned by the consumer or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent.

It is possible to return only products that are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation (warranty card, instructions, etc.), with the original invoice must be attached. Upon receipt, it is determined whether the device is damaged and its correctness. If it is determined that the device is defective or damaged through the fault of the customer, due to inadequate handling, the refund is denied, and the cost of return is borne by the customer.
In the case of distance selling, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer in writing:

Notice of the seller, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and the duties of the seller and the buyer in case of realization of the right of withdrawal
A copy of the sales contract (Invoice) signed by the seller.
