Complaint policy

The buyer may file a complaint pursuant to Articles 52, 54, and 81 of the Law on Consumer Protection, in order to exercise the rights based on compliance, warranty, incorrectly calculated price and other defects.

Prices on the website https://trayal.rs are expressed in dinars, where VAT is included in the price.

We use all our resources to display items on this site with the appropriate specifications, photos and prices. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the information provided about the items as well as the photos of the items on our site are completely correct.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to terminate the distance purchase contract.

Complaints can be submitted only in the event that – the delivered product is damaged, incomplete or does not meet the order specification. The buyer is obliged to report the complaint within 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the shipment. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days.

As a seller, we are obliged to issue a written confirmation to the consumer or to confirm the receipt of the complaint electronically, ie to inform him of the number under which his complaint is registered in the records of received complaints. The deadline for complaints for the purpose of exercising rights based on compliance is 2 years.
