Ammonium nitrate powder explosives
Amonex 1-4, Amonal and Amonal intensified are powdered TNT and ammonium nitrate based explosives. They are explosives safe for handling and transport because of their low sensitivity to impact and friction and they are also environmentally friendly. They are not sensitive to low temperatures and do not freeze. They can be used for mass blasting in surface and underground mining, for soft to very hard rock blasting, where methane and explosive coal dust are not present. They are initiated with traditional means for initiating: mining cap, electro detonators, non-electric system of initiation and detonating cord. Due to their poor water resistance they are used for blasting in dry and damp boreholes, and they are suitable for blasting in boreholes with water.
Products are available in diameters of 28-230 mm. Apart from standard calibers and explosive charge weight, cartridges of other dimensions and weights are also produced at buyers` request. At buyers` request, Powdered explosive is also produced for special purposes, contour mining and with the diameter of 17-28mm as well as a water resistant variant of this explosive.
Nitrex (Nitrol) is commercial powder explosive without TNT, intended for the blasting of medium and soft rocks in mining, construction, forestry, agriculture and quarries. It is packed in cartridges with the diameter 50mm and bigger ones. It cannot be used in mines where methane and coal dust are present. It cannot be used in boreholes with water. Initiation is carried out with a mining cap.

Emulsion explosives
Demulex 3M is a cartridged emulsion explosive whose density is regulated with glass microballons. The basis for emulsions is a stable non-explosive emulsion matrix, which is made on the basis of classic oxidant-fuel system. It is suitable for blasting any kind of rocks. It is easy to initiate with blasting cap, electro detonators or non-electric system of initiation. Demulex has high detonation velocity and detonating pressure, as well as excellent water resistance.

ANFO explosive mixtures
Anfo explosive mixtures are practically two-component systems that consist of porous ammonium nitrate and fuel oil. Because of their simple content it is one of the safest explosives for production, transport and handling.
The mixture has balanced oxygen balance and it decomposes in such a way that there are no toxic gases in explosion. Bulk completely fills the borehole, so the explosive energy is more efficient and it has a better impact on the blasting effects. Blasting performances of ANFO are enhanced by using the right initiator, which ensures the maximum detonation velocity with complete energy transfer. They cannot be used for mining in boreholes with water and in mines where methane and explosive coal dust can appear.
They can be initiated with boosters or other primary explosives.
Anfo J.1 is adapted for mechanized loading of boreholes in underground mining and pneumatic loaders are produced for its use.
Anfeks PP is cartridged ANFO explosive mixture, intended for surface mining. It is packed in polyethylene packaging with the diameter of 60-90mm.
Explosives for cladding
Bulk watergel explosives
Demex is a powdered explosive for special purposes. It is a low-brisance explosive, successfully used in metal processing and coupling. It can be used for welding, surface processing-hardening, metal coupling. It is also used for the exploitation of decorative stone. It cannot be used in mines where methane and explosive coal dust can appear. They are delivered in bulk. At special request, it can be delivered in cartridges of 28mm.
Bulk emulsion explosives
Bulk heavy ANFO explosives
The product is delivered by state-of-the-art vehicle which enables on the spot the production. Working environment and presence of water in boreholes determine which composition will be used. Vehicle capacity is 8000 kg of emulsion matrix and 3500 kg of ammonium nitrate. Other additives are also needed and they are transported in small quantities. This way of transport enables safe transport since the components themselves are not explosive. Boreholes loading velocity is 80-150 kg/min, depending on the product. Apart from the product quality, advantage of this kind of production is compete- 100% borehole loading, so there is no need for the storage of the explosive at the site of its use.
Detolit is a booster-sensitive explosive and it should be initiated with a minimum of 450 g of cast booster. An additional booster of 450g should be used if borehole height is greater than 10 m or if there is a danger of disruption in pillar loading. Detolit HA and PE mixtures can be detonated at depths of 70 m.
