Payment by payment cards
You can pay for the order with cards that support online payments, such as: VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard payment cards. The prices on the site are expressed in dinars, where VAT is included in the price.

We offer the option of cash on delivery (cash payment to the courier at the delivery address).
By payment on account
After you complete the purchase process, we will send detailed payment instructions to your email address. You continue to make the payment via your e-banking account or at the bank / post office counter, and we will send you e-mail notifications when we receive the payment. If you do not make the payment within 7 days from the day of ordering, your order will be automatically canceled.
Refunds
In case of refund to the Buyer who paid for the goods with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, Trayal is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard, which means that the bank will refund only to the account cardholder.
In no case, under any circumstances, can the buyer request a refund in cash for a transaction made using one of the payment cards.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction.
As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.
Delivery
After the purchase, you will receive the product at your address. The ordered product / products that were marked “in stock” at the time of ordering will be delivered to you within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order confirmation by Trayal, while for the product / products that were marked “order on request” “The maximum delivery time is 10 working days.
